1. IMPORTANT : -अक्षय आर्ट ऑफ इंडिया प्रा. लिमिटेड एक B2B कंपनी है, जो केवल प्रिंटिंग प्रेस से ऑर्डर प्रिंट करती है, और ये ऑर्डर डुप्लीकेट / फेक, प्रतिबंधित सामग्री या अनुमति के बिना या संबंधित संगठन के बिना नहीं होने चाहिए, यह पूरी जिम्मेदारी केवल प्रिंटिंग प्रेस / चैनल पार्टनर की होगी। और यदि किसी प्रिंटिंग एजेंसी द्वारा जानबूझकर या अनजाने में डुप्लीकेट / फेक या प्रतिबंधित सामग्री का ऑर्डर दिया जाता है, तो उसकी सदस्यता जीवन भर के लिए निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।
2. IMPORTANT : - एक ही रंग पहले किए गए किसी भी प्रिंटिंग से कभी मेल नहीं खा सकेगा (चाहे वह हमारे द्वारा किया गया हो या कहीं और से, चाहे वह डिजिटल हो या ऑफ़सेट), यदि आप भविष्य में वही रंग प्रिंट करवाना चाहते हैं, तो अपनी जॉब प्रोफ़ाइल हमारे पास सेव कराएँ। जॉब प्रोफाइलिंग के लिए अतिरिक्त शुल्क देय होंगे।
3. IMPORTANT : - मैं स्वीकार करता हूँ कि अक्षय आर्ट ऑफ़ इंडिया प्रा. लि. की जिम्मेदारी उस क्षण समाप्त हो जाती है जब सामान कंपनी के गोदाम से निकलता है।
4. IMPORTANT : - सभी उत्पादों में क्लब प्रिंटिंग के साथ (जैसे विज़िटिंग कार्ड, एटीएम पाउच, लेटर हेड, लिफाफे आदि), यदि 5% से 50% तक शीट्स / कार्ड्स में प्रिंटिंग की गलती है, तो केवल उसी अनुपात की छूट दी जा सकती है। और यदि 50% से अधिक शीट्स में प्रिंटिंग की गलती हो, तभी ऑर्डर को पुनः प्रिंट किया जाएगा।
5.यदि आपके ऑर्डर को मुद्रण त्रुटि के कारण पुनः मुद्रित किया गया है, तो परिवहन शुल्क आपके द्वारा भुगतान किया जाएगा।
6.मैं इस बात से सहमत हूँ कि किसी भी विवाद / खोए हुए / देरी से प्राप्त होने आदि की स्थिति में, उत्पाद के लेनदेन में, "अक्षय आर्ट ऑफ़ इंडिया प्रा. लि." की अधिकतम जिम्मेदारी केवल विवादित उत्पाद की कीमत तक ही होगी।
7.अक्षय आर्ट ऑफ इंडिया प्रा. लि. के पास किसी भी सदस्यता / चैनल पार्टनर कोड को रद्द या बदलने का सभी अधिकार हैं
8.कंपनी केवल अक्षित आर्ट ऑफ इंडिया प्रा. लि. के बैंक खाते में किए गए भुगतान के लिए जिम्मेदार होगी।
9.मैं इसके माध्यम से "अक्षय आर्ट ऑफ इंडिया प्रा. लि." को मुझे और मेरे ग्राहकों को सेवा/लेन-देन से संबंधित एसएमएस भेजने के लिए "कोई आपत्ति नहीं" प्रदान करता हूँ।
10.सभी कानूनी मामले केवल जयपुर अधिकार क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आते हैं!
1. IMPORTANT : -Akshay Art of India Pvt.Ltd is a B2B Company, which prints
orders from Printing Press only, and these
orders shall not contain Duplicate / Fake,
Prohibited Content or without the permission or
related organisation, will be sole
responsibility of Pringing Press / Channel
Partner only. And if any Printing Agency
Knowingly or unknowingly orders duplicate / Fake
or prohibited content then its membership will
be discoutinued for lifetime.
2. IMPORTANT : - Same color will
never match with any printing previously done
(whether it is from us or from elsewhere,
whether it is digital or offset), if you want
the same color printing in future, then get job
profile saved with us, extra charges will be
payable against job profiling.
3. IMPORTANT : - I accept the
Akshay Art of India Pvt.Ltd responsibility
ceases the moment the goods leave company's
godown.
4. IMPORTANT : - In all products
with club printing (like visiting cards, ATM
pouches, letter heads, envelopes etc.), if there
is a printing mistake in 5 to 50% of the sheets
/ cards, then only the same proportion can be
discounted. And if there is a printing mistake
in more than 50% of the sheets only then the
order will be reprinted.
5. If your order has been reprinted because of
printing mistake, the transportation charges will be
paid by you.
6. I agree that in case of any dispute / lost /
delayed receipt etc. in the transaction of the
product, the maximum liability of
"Akshay Art of India Pvt.Ltd" will be only up to
the rate of the disputed product.
7. Akshay Art of India Pvt.Ltd has all rights to
cancel / change any membership / channel partner
code
8. The company will be responsible only for the
payment made in the bank account of Akshay Art of India Pvt.Ltd.
9. I hereby provide "No Objection" to
"Akshay Art of India Pvt.Ltd" for sending
service/transactional related sms to me and my
customers too.
10. All the leagal matters are subject to Jaipur
Jurisdiction Only
